13a Aniversario of Valencia Language Exchange
13º Aniversario del intercambio de idiomas de Valencia!
En 2008, dos personas (Ninì y Juan) se reunieron para practicar español/francés y pronto otras 5 personas se unieron a ellos por la misma razón – así es como se creó Valencia Language Exchange. Gracias a cada uno de ustedes el grupo de intercambio de idiomas es cada vez más grande.
Un grupo donde la gente solía quedarse en el salón de una casa hoy se reúne en algunos de los lugares más grandes de la ciudad. Un grupo de originalmente 7 personas hoy colabora con el Ministerio de Educación.
¡Y todo eso sólo gracias a ti! Tú, que siempre nos has apoyado, has venido incluso en la tormenta y nos has traído a tus amigos. Sin ti, esto no sería posible.

Music club MYA donde se celebrará el aniversario este año. Allí recordaremos todas las experiencias de los últimos 13 años, podrás disfrutar de concierto, musica y charlas con gente increíble!
Este año la celebración es especial. Debido a las restricciones, nuestro evento está limitado de las habituales 1000 a 500 personas, sin mencionar que tenemos que tomar todas las medidas de seguridad(información de Covid-19)

Protocolo Coronavirus VLE for the event
(According to the circumstances and situation of Coronavirus) For Valencia Language exchange the most important is your health. In order to participate in this event we will have to follow these protocols. First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not go the meeting. There will be a limit of attendees/participants (It will depend what the official authorities allow us). To guarantee your security every participants has to register before. The food and drinks will be served on the table and we will have to respect the number of max people set. We will control the temperature before getting in the event. The concert will be sitted and respecting the distance between participants. Standing up/dancing will not be allowed. We will sanitize hands everytime we will enter to concert/bar. And we will Wash our hands/Sanitize them: Before getting to the meeting. After blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing, After touching money After using the toilet
Protocolo Coronavirus VLE
Para poder viajar y disfrutar de forma segura tendremos que seguir estos protocolos para viajar con VLE/CoAcad. 1. Antes de todo, si sientes algunos síntomas como fiebre/tos/problema respiratorio no deberías acudir al punto de salida. 2. Uso de mascarilla va ser obligatoria durante todo el tiempo en el autobús. 3. El autobús será tratado con desinfectados antes y después de cada servicio. 4. Antes de subir al autobús se hará control de temperatura. 5. Te entregaremos una toallita desinfectante para que puedas limpiar tu asiento de forma segura. 6. No imprimas billet, será suficiente con tener el codigo QR en el móvil o solo dinos tu nombre y apellidos. 7. Durante todas la visitas guiadas (todo el tiempo), el uso de mascarilla va ser obligatoria.

Cancellation policy:
If you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply:
Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before)
Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before)
Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before)
Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before)
After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before)
Special Coronavirus Protocol. If you feel bad: Fever, cough or Respirate problem , Please don't come at the meeting point. If you show us a a valid paper proof and we will return you in form of voucher. Same apply in case of Emergency(illness, injury or force majeure)
These devolution doesn’t include the service fee.
Important info: We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departures.
The weather is going to be good on the day of the trip. In case of bad weather, the Trip will be postponed/ cancelled or extra precautions will be taken. (In case you cannot join due to cancelation or postponement of the date, your money will be returned to you).
For every trip, there is always a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
