In 2008, two people (Ninì and Juan) got together to practice Spanish/ French and soon 5 other people joined them for the same reason – that’s how Valencia Language Exchange was created. Thanks to each one of you the Language Exchange Group is getting bigger and bigger.
A group where people used to stay in the living room of a house today meets in some of the biggest places in town. A group of originally 7 people today collaborates with the Ministry of Education. And all of that just thanks to you! You, who have always supported us, have come even during the storms and brought your friends to us. Without you, this wouldn`t be possible. We would like to thank you for being a part of this project and making it possible and successful.

The bus will take you from Valencia to the Pinedo beach, where anniversary will take place this year. There we will look back to all the experiences of the last 12 years, you will be able to enjoy paella, beautiful sunset and talks with amazing people!
Two music bands (Barrio Latino and Roxi L’ultim Europeu) will play in the concert, which have songs in English, Spanish and Valencian languages!
This year celebration is special. Because of the restrictions our event is limited from usual 1000 to 100 people not to mention that we have to take all security measurements (Covid-19 information)

The situation we are now, we prefer if you book it online. But if you can’t, go to the office from 9:00 to 14:00 (only with the pre-reserved appointment (send us an email) or at a language exchange meeting on Monday/Thursday in “Bigben”, Plaza Honduras 36 (19:30-22:00) and Tuesday in “Mercado San Valero”, Gran Via de les Germanies, 21 (19:30-22:00)

Protocolo Coronavirus VLE for the event
(According to the circumstances and situation of Coronavirus)
For Valencia Language exchange the most important is your health. In order to participate in this event we will have to follow these protocols.
First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not go the meeting.
There will be a limit of attendees/participants (It will depend what the official authorities allow us).
To guarantee your security every participants has to register before.
The food and drinks will be served on the table and we will have to respect the number of max people set.
We will control the temperature before getting in the event.
The concert will be sitted and respecting the distance between participants.
Standing up/dancing will not be allowed.
We will sanitize hands everytime we will enter to concert/bar.
And we will Wash our hands/Sanitize them:
Before getting to the meeting.
After blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing,
After touching money
After using the toilet
Protocolo Coronavirus VLE for the buses
In order to travel and enjoy safely we will have to follow these protocols to travel with VLE / CoAcad.
First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not participate to the trip.
Use of a mask will be mandatory at all times on the bus.
The bus will be sanitized before and after each service.
Before boarding the bus, temperature control will be done.
We will give you a disinfecting wipe so you can safely clean your seat.
Do not print a ticket to avoid handling paper, show us the QR code on your mobile or just tell us your name and surname.
During the guided tour everybody will wear the mask.

If you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply:
Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before)
Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before)
Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before)
Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before)
After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before)
Special Coronavirus Protocol. If you feel bad: Fever, cough or Respirate problem , Please don't come at the meeting point. If you show us a a valid paper proof and we will return you in form of voucher. Same apply in case of Emergency(illness, injury or force majeure)
These devolution doesn’t include the service fee.
Important info: We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departures.
The weather is going to be good on the day of the trip. In case of bad weather, the Trip will be postponed/ cancelled or extra precautions will be taken. (In case you cannot join due to cancelation or postponement of the date, your money will be returned to you).
For every trip, there is always a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
