Carnaval, Party Friday 04/03/22

After waiting almost three year, Carnival de Ayora, one of the best carnivals in Comunidad Valenciana is back. The carnival will be celebrated from 25/02 – 05/03. We are going on Friday 04/03 because, on this day, its main act burial of the sardine, a massive parade of color and joy, in which visitors are following the sardine dressed up.

Also in the night typical Spanish Orchestra “LA PATO” will be playing.

Program:

18:30 Departure from Valencia

We meet at 18:15 at AVENIDA ARAGON 31 (In front of Mestalla), we start our trip at 18:30.

20:00 Arrival to Ayora

We will arrive to Ayora before than 20:00. The time the famous Sardine act starts. Let’s party and 00:00 there will be very famous music band LA PATO.

01:30 Coming back home

We’ll meet at 01:30 in the morning coming back to Valencia. Arriving around 03:30.

Protocolo Coronavirus VLE

In order to travel and enjoy safely we will have to follow these protocols to travel with VLE / CoAcad. First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not participate to the trip. Use of a mask will be mandatory at all times on the bus. The bus will be sanitized before and after each service. Before boarding the bus, temperature control will be done. We will give you a disinfecting wipe so you can safely clean your seat. Do not print a ticket to avoid handling paper, show us the QR code on your mobile or just tell us your name and surname. During the guided tour(If any), everybody will wear the mask.

Important & Cancellation policy Cancellation policy: If you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply: Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before) Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before) Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before) Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before) After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before) These devolution doesn’t include the service fee. Important info: We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departures. For every trip, there is always a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
