Who is D.A.R.N.A?

Darna is a sanctuary 100% dedicated to helping neglected animals. They advocate a no kill policy in which they seek to give abused and abandoned animals a second chance at life, regardless of their age, size or medical condition. D.A.R.N.A is based in Xátiva, Spain.

Who is Valencia Language Exchange?

Valencia Language Exchange is a non-governmental, non-profit association that commits to the idea of people of different nationalities and ages coming together to learn new languages and sharing their own. Furthermore, VLE offers cultural and hiking excursions as well as sport events and other enjoyable trips.

Why are we doing a Charity Event?

During the Covid times, animal shelters have a hard time providing for their fosterlings as people were not able to donate as much as they used to anymore. We from VLE want to help by doing what we are best in: Bringing people together and connect with each other.

How does it work?

You can register for the event without costs. Buy a drink and get to know other people! 100% of the profit that is made from the drinks on this evening will go to D.A.R.N.A. to protect animals in need! Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to donate money if you wish to support the association even more. Every donation is heavily appreciated but it is up to you on how you would like to suppport them.

Where and when?

The event takes place in Café Palau de la Musica (Passeig de l’Albereda, 30) , beginning at 20:00. Please register for free in advance so we can plan the event in the best and safest way. If you have any questions or doubts, don’t hesitate to conctact us.

Protocolo Coronavirus VLE

Para poder viajar y disfrutar de forma segura tendremos que seguir estos protocolos para viajar con VLE/CoAcad. 1. Antes de todo, si sientes algunos síntomas como fiebre/tos/problema respiratorio no deberías acudir al punto de salida. 2. Uso de mascarilla va ser obligatoria durante todo el tiempo en el autobús. 3. El autobús será tratado con desinfectados antes y después de cada servicio. 4. Antes de subir al autobús se hará control de temperatura. 5. Te entregaremos una toallita desinfectante para que puedas limpiar tu asiento de forma segura. 6. No imprimas billet, será suficiente con tener el codigo QR en el móvil o solo dinos tu nombre y apellidos. 7. Durante todas la visitas guiadas (todo el tiempo), el uso de mascarilla va ser obligatoria.

Important & Cancellation policy Cancellation policy: If you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply: Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before) Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before) Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before) Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before) After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before) Special Coronavirus Protocol. If you feel bad: Fever, cough or Respirate problem , Please don't come at the meeting point. If you show us a a valid paper proof and we will return you in form of voucher. Same apply in case of Emergency(illness, injury or force majeure) These devolution doesn’t include the service fee. Important info: We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departures. The weather is going to be good on the day of the trip. In case of bad weather, the Trip will be postponed/ cancelled or extra precautions will be taken. (In case you cannot join due to cancelation or postponement of the date, your money will be returned to you). For every trip, there is always a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
