This time we’re heading to Peñagolosa, the highest peak in the Valencian Community, 1813 mts (In valencia peninsula)
Peñagolosa is part of the Iberian System, offering stunning panoramic views over Castellón and the neighboring Aragón. The Sanctuary of San Juan de Peñagolosa, an important pilgrimage destination, is located here.
The mountain is split into two parts: the steep southern wall, a favorite for climbers, and the gentler northern slope, more accessible for hikers.
In 2006, it was declared a Natural Park by the Valencian Government.
We’ll be hiking to 1,815 meters for an incredible view. Check out the video to get a glimpse of the beauty!
In reality highest peak on CV is Alto de las Barracas 1839mts), Although it is comunidad valenciana but it situated in aragon (CV has a small province in state of aragon)
