Yes we are talking about “ISLA TABARCA” (The Island of Tabarca), the only inhabited island in the Valencian comunity.
We will go by bus to Santa Pola, where we will take the catamarán. In the afternoon the boat will return from the island and the bus will take us back to Valencia.
We will spend the whole day on this beautiful island where you can do loads of activities.
First of all, of course swim in the crystal clear water, practice snorkel.
Discover the hidden coves around the island, get to them and enjoy.
Get lost on the opposite side of the inhabited island and visit the lighthouse.
Find Cala el francés and enjoy the underwater caves/tunnel.
And don’t forget to taste the Tabarquino rice or caldero!
Program:
08:45 Departure
We depart from Valencia at 08:45, please be at the meeting point at 08:30.
11:45 Arriving & Catamaran
Arrival in Santa Pola. We will have a break on halfway to go to the bathroom or change clothes, because when we arrive, we will take the catamaran directly.
12:30 Arriving to Isla Tabarca
We will enjoy the beach,
snorkel in the crystal water, we think it is one of the top things you can do in Tabarca. Also you can walk through the village, visit its lighthouse and tower or take selfies in the beautiful street.
18:00 Catamaran back to Santa Pola
We spent all day in their charming streets as well as on the beach and about 18:00 we take the catamaran to return to santa pola.
19:30 - 20:00 Back to valencia
After getting Santa pola we will take the bus to Valencia, we will be back around 21:00/ 21:30.
Beach material: Swimsuit, Towels, Sun cream
For Snorkeling: Snorkeling material
Food and water: We recommend that you take from home, so you do not spend much money and have more freedom, time to enjoy the beach
Bus: 20€ + 10 € the catamaran from Santa paola – Isla
Group of 5 or more: 18€ + 10€
Not Included: Catamarán 10 euros (To be paid in the bus or over there)

Protocolo Coronavirus
In order to travel and enjoy safely, we will have to follow these protocols to travel with VLE / CoAcad. 1. First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not go to the meeting point. 2. Use of a mask will be mandatory on the bus. 3. Before boarding the bus, temperature control could be done. Do not print the ticket to avoid touching, show us the QR code on your mobile or just tell us your name and surname.

Cancellation policy:
If you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply:
Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before)
Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before)
Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before)
Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before)
After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before)
These devolution doesn’t include the service fee.
Important info: We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departures.
The weather is going to be good on the day of the trip. In case of bad weather, the Trip will be postponed/ cancelled or extra precautions will be taken. (In case you cannot join due to cancelation or postponement of the date, your money will be returned to you).
For every trip, there is always a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
