Murcia, cultural and historical heritage, a city with a lot of art, renowned gastronomy, culture and an enviable climate throughout the year. It’s a perfect destination to spend a day at, and if we add, another monumental city full of history as Cartagena, it’s already a unique excursion.

MURCIA

Murcia – a walled city founded in 831 by Abd-Al-Rahman II in the center of the Segura River Valley. Some of those remains are still visible.
One of the top attractions in Murcia is its well-preserved old town, which is filled with ancient stone buildings, churches, and charming plazas. Visitors can explore the narrow streets and admire the stunning architecture of the Cathedral of Murcia, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

CARTAGENA

Cartagena is a city with 2,500 years of history in each of its corners. The streets and squares are remarkable and one of the monuments worth mentioning is the Roman Theater, built in the time of Emperor Augustus which is now being restored.

One of the top attractions in Cartagena is its rich history, which is reflected in the city’s numerous historical sites and landmarks. Visitors can explore the ancient Roman Theater, the Punic Wall, and the Castillo de la Concepción, a hilltop fortress that offers panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.

Meeting time at 07:45 on Avenida Aragon 31. The bus leaves at 8:00, so be punctual, please.

15:00 Meet us at the bus to leave for Murcia.

Visit Murcia

16:00 Time to visit Murcia, most probably with an official giude.

18:30 Back to Valencia

Say goodbye to Murcia and start coming back to Valencia, meeting at the bus at 18:15
