The largest aquarium in Europe, “Oceanogràfic”, is located in Valencia, with an area of 110,000 m2. Situated within the innovative architectural complex of the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, the aquarium stands as a genuine homage to the world’s seas and oceans. It houses expansive tanks that faithfully replicate crucial marine ecosystems. As a result, Oceanogràfic Valencia assumes the role of a prominent scientific, educational, and leisure destination.
Oceanogràfic Valencia’s positioning is deeply rooted in the city’s strong connection to the sea. Embark on a thrilling journey through Europe’s longest underwater tunnel, where you can observe the formidable presence of sharks and encounter the exclusive population of beluga whales found only in this region.
In our visit we’ll enjoy to more than 45,000 specimens of 500 different species, for example, sharks, belugas, walruses, dolphins, sea lions, penguins, stars, sea urchins, great variety of crustaceans. and fish, etc. Also we’ll enjoy in the fascinating dolphin show as well as the largest exhibit of jellyfish in Europe!
