This is the scheduled time; however, if sea conditions are not good it may be necessary to change to surf. Refund is not foreseen for the change.
Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.
In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.
Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event.
