Eager to taste special and locally-produced beers while visiting Peñiscola? 
One of the biggest craft brewers in the Valencian Community, the Badum brewery boasts two maturation tanks in addition to eight fermentation tanks. We will first see the premises during the guided tour before learning about the equipment and raw ingredients the brewery uses while making the many types of beer. We will next proceed to the tasting room for a guided beer tasting. We will discover how to properly serve them, how to identify the intricacies of each beer, and how they alter when various beers are consumed.
Peñiscola has been chosen as one of the two most beautiful towns in Spain, by the association Los pueblos más bonitos de España: Peñiscola.
Peñiscola, “City in the Sea“, is a mix of an Island and peninsula. It is surrounded by water on three, which was the reason that Iberian, Roman, Carthaginians, Arabs, etc.. wanted to dominate the city. 
One of the main attractions of the city is the castle, a marvelous middle age monument castle, constructed by Knights Templars on the top of the city. It is so impressive that Papa Luna has converted it into his residence.
When you are walking in the streets of Peñiscola, it seems like you are on a greek island and not to forget, Peñiscola is also famous for many movie/tv show locations, like Game of Thrones, El Cid, Chiringuito de Pepe etc..  When you are in Peñiscola you must try sea food paella or cañadillas.

11:00 Cerveza Badum
As we go to Cerveza Badum, we have a tour of the brewery with a guide and tasting of some of their craft beer selection. Following the tour, there will be a cooking demonstration of paella or Peñiscola’s rice with an appetizer and a dessert (opcional). Those who don’t want the tour are welcome to spend the entire day at Peñiscola.
18:00 Back to Valencia
At 17:45 we meet to go back to Valencia.
