What time does the event start?

The event starts at 10:30 PM.

Is there an entry fee?

Entry is free from 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

What time do the tropical shows begin?

The first show is at 11:00 PM, and the second show is at 11:30 PM.

Do I need to wear a special outfit?

Yes, dress to impress in a tropical-inspired outfit, and you’ll receive a surprise at the door!

Can I buy drinks at the event?

Yes, you can enjoy classic cocktails while mingling with other attendees.

Where can I find a tropical outfit?

You can find it in vintage stores, second-hand shops, street markets, online, or in costume stores.

FAQ

Which events do we organise on Friday?

On Fridays we organise different creative workshops, such as paint and wine, neon painting and a ceramic workshop. We alternate the workshops every week so that we organise each workshop at least once a month.

What is the cost of the events?

Most of the events are free of cost except from our events on Fridays because we organise specials events, such as painting and ceramic classes. Those events requiere some costs for the materials provided by VLE.

How do I register for the events?

You go to our site valencialanguageexchange.com and chose a date that suits you in the calender. You fill in the form of the event and you are ready to participate. You will receive a QR code that our coordinators will check at the beginning of the event.

Is Valencia Language Exchange collaborating with the State Ministry of Education (Conselleria de Educación)?

Yes, Valencia Language Exchange organises events in the collaboration with the State Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. (conselleria d’educació cultura i esport)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.

In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or  due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.

Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event.
