Jerica + Fiesta popular Santa Águeda
Jérica, A charming town with a rich heritage and natural environment, and since 2004, Historical Complex of Jérica (Castellón), declared a Site of Cultural Interest. The name comes from the Arabic meaning “eastern slope [of a mountain]”. In Arab documents it is also mentioned as “castle of the sherifs”
We will visit the town with our local guide, and we will take a walk in the Vuelta de la Hoz
“Festival Santa Agueda”
Every year on 5th February, village Jérica celebrate the City patron “Santa Agueda Festival” (This year due to pandemic it is planned on 5th March), where there are many interesting activities with bulls and during midday the city hall invites everyone for a lunch on the main square.
Program:
9:30 Departure from Valencia
We meet at 9:15 at AVENIDA ARAGON 31 (In front of Mestalla), we start our trip at 9:30.
10:30 Arrival to Jérica
We will arrive to beautiful Jérica, time to visit the ancient medieval town with narrow streets, big Múdejar tower bell and small tower with stunning views to the river and enjoy the local festival.
19:30 Coming back home
We’ll meet at 19:30 and around 21:00 we will be in Valencia.

Clothes: Bring warm and comfortable clothes because it can get cold.

Protocolo Coronavirus VLE
In order to travel and enjoy safely we will have to follow these protocols to travel with VLE / CoAcad. First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not participate to the trip. Use of a mask will be mandatory at all times on the bus. The bus will be sanitized before and after each service. Before boarding the bus, temperature control will be done. We will give you a disinfecting wipe so you can safely clean your seat. Do not print a ticket to avoid handling paper, show us the QR code on your mobile or just tell us your name and surname. During the guided tour(If any), everybody will wear the mask.

If you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply:
Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before)
Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before)
Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before)
Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before)
After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before)
These devolution doesn’t include the service fee.
Important info: We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departures.
For every trip, there is always a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
