Bungee jumping in Mascarat takes place between two bridges: a modern one and an ancient one. The latter is a significant engineering marvel constructed in the 19th century. Important: To do this activity you have to be physically fit. To reach the bridge where the bungee jump takes place, there is a section with ropes that you need to use.

How can you book the trip?

You can book on the website or at our office in Plaza Honduras, 26 from 09:30 to 14:30.

Do I have to book in advance or can I pay on the day of travel?

Yes, it is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on that day.

What are the cancellation policies?

Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.

If an activity is cancelled because of circumstances beyond our control (for example, extreme weather, transport issues, or government restrictions), we are unable to offer a refund. However, participants will be given a voucher to use for another activity.

Where does the bus leave from?

Normally our buses leave from Avenida Aragón 31 (Mestalla). However, after booking, you will receive all the details with the ticket by email (please check your spam folder in case you receive the email immediately after booking).
