There are many beautiful places but there are only few magical ones.
Located in Cortes de Pallás, in the Umbría de Chirel this spectacular hiking route offers you amazing landscape, Impressive viewpoints and a rich cultural heritage. Upon the hill during the hike, we admire the castle which was recently awarded as the best rehabilitated castle in Valencia Province. It was a very important building and a key element for the strategic control of the trade of the Júcar route. Dating back to the 15th century, there is evidence that this fortress was one of the most important in this area.
Optional Boat Ride / Visit Cofrentes
Besides this spectacular hiking route, there is another reason why you should come with us on this day: We are going to make a boat ride! 30 Kilometres of discovering the stunning landscape while enjoying our time on the boat. During the 1,5 hour long ride we can take a break from the hike, have some lunch, and get to know each other. It is for sure a very special extra on this marvelous day!

09:00 Leaving Valencia
Meeting point is at Av. Aragón, 31 (in front of Mestalla) at 8:45
11:00 Arrival and start the hike
We will start the hike at 11:00
13:30 Arrival to the Castle and break
On the half way we will arrive at the castle. We will make the lunch break and will start coming back.
16:00 Visit Cofrentes
After the hike, We will go to Visit Cofrentes village and take something to drink all together
18:00 Going back to Valencia
We meet at the bus 15 minutes earlier and at 18:00 we will come back to Valencia.
Visiting Cofrentes.
The only Valencian volcanic land with great natural heritage located just 103 km from Valencia. The village, apart from the multi-adventure activities, offers an Islamic architecture with very narrow streets and ancient buildings such as the Casa Cofrentina, the Cofrentes Castle and there is a Volcano route if anyone wants to do it.
