Join us for a party on a Catamaran full of new Erasmus students or Learn how to cook the most famous Valencian dish : la Paella,
Discover Albufera and its lovely sunset, the biggest natural lake in spain, or enjoy the concerts in Umbracle, and party all night with your new friends.
Taste the exquisite hand made horchata with chufa (Main ingredient) farm visit or take a guided tour of the city with free entry to a museum.
You are about to live one of the best year of your life here in Valencia! Where you will meet new friends, party and explore new places.

As every year, Valencia Language Exchange and Visit Valencia, in collaboration with the València Province Tourism Board and the València Region Tourism Board, invite exchange students (ERASMUS) to enjoy a fun-filled weekend and discover the beautiful city of Valencia and its surrounding areas!

CATAMARAN + SWIMMING WITH ERASMUS STUDENTS (Saturday 18:00)
Wanna know why you shouldn’t miss it? You will have to come to find out!
Open Sea, DJ, Music, Drinks, Hundreds of ERASMUS students. (CHECK THE REEL DOWN, YOU WILL LOVE IT)
We will sail with a big catamaran of Mundo Marino to the open sea, swim there and then continue on the beach. Event will be on Saturday evening at 18:00 – 20:00 (After we go to change and meet in umbracle)
Includes: Big Catamaran for more than 100 people, + Swimming in the sea + Music. MAX PLACES : 120
ALBUFERA TRIP (BEACH & BOAT + SUNSET) (Sunday 15:00)
Join us on a trip to the biggest lake in Spain with the largest bird reserve, the loveliest sunset in the middle of the lake, and enjoy the day at one of the best beaches in Valencia with your new friends.
Program: We will leave at 15:00 (Meeting Point: Avenida de Aragón 31) to go to the beach by bus and afterwards, at 18:00 we will enjoy the boat trip. We will go back to Valencia by bus.
We will go to the beach, play games, swim, get to know each other and fall in love with the incredible sunset!
Includes: Private Transport + Beach + Some drinks + Boat Ride : Max Places: 120
PAELLA COOKING SHOW (Sunday 10:00)
Mediterraneo Culinary Center, one of the best Paella schools in Valencia invites you to enjoy this experience (this service usually costs 70€/person).
Program: We will start at 10:00 and finish Around 13:00 after we will enjoy the fresh made paella with other postres made by us.
Includes: Paella ingredients + Paella class + other tapas class + Lunch + some drinks. Max Places:

We meet in the meeting point to go to El saler. We’ll enjoy the beach, play some games and have some drinks.

We will meet at the bus and go to Palmar.
20:30 Coming back to Valencia
After the boat ride and the sunset we will go back to Valencia!
23:00 Continue in Umbracle
We’ll go all together to Umbracle and continue our party!

HORCHATA TASTING + CHUFA FARM VISIT (Friday 15:00)
We will go to visit the farm of chufa and see how they eloborate the Horchata , after we will have some horchata to drink ofcourse with fartons 😉 After the Horchata tasting we will go to beach for some beach volley and party.

BEACH VOLLEY AND PARTY (FREE FOR EVERYONE) (Friday 18:00)
On Friday 04/10 after the Horchata rtasting, you will have the opportunity to meet new and old students. We will meet at 18:00 to play volleyball and after that we will stay at the beach to have fun, party and then we will go to a club.
UMBRACLE SATURDAY PARTY (FREE FOR EVERYONE)
Every Saturday, we meet in Umbracle to party with the Language Exchange participants. But on Saturday, 05/10 it will be even different. Get ready for a night full of live concerts, shows, and dancing. You simply can’t miss it!
Program: 23:00 – 01:00 Entry is FREE for everybody
GUIDED TOUR + FREE ENTRY MUSEUMS(FREE FOR EVERYBODY) Saturday Morning 12:00
Beautiful city of Valencia offers a unique blend of history, culture, architecture, and natural beauty, making it a must-visit destination and perfect city to live in. We’ll have an OFFICIAL guided tour with the focus on GREEN CITY, and after the guided tour we will invite you to visit a museum. (Still have to decide which one, info very soon)

Conditions: To assure your place you will pay 10 euros, and if you come, we will refund you in the form of a voucher.
Reason to pay: Five years ago, when we first offered a free trip, more than 200 people registered, but on the day of the trip, many of them didn’t appear, and many other people who really wanted to participate couldn’t participate. So we have decided to charge the money, and if you come, we will refund you in the form of a voucher that you can use for the whole year and for any event or trip organised by us.
Max Places: 380 (Paella 80, Albufera 100, Boat party 100 Horachata 100)
What is included: Paella (the ingredients, Paella Cooking Show), Albufera (Private Bus+ Boat Trip + Some Drinks), Boat Party : (1h 30 boat trip to open sea with swimming you can bring your own drinks)
IMPORTANT:
- Registration until 03/10/24 (23:55) (tickets reserved after – NO REFUND)
- Cancellation possible up to one week before (until 30/09/24) – you’ll receive refund in form of a voucher, if you cancel after 30/09/24 – NO REFUND. No show up no refund,
- To get the voucher you have to show us any official accreditation (Erasmus card or letter) showing that you are an ERASMUS STUDENT.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PRIVATE ERASMUS COMPANY CARDS! - Sunday Albufera Event & Paella event can be overlaping the timing, Please only book one or maybe you will have to go to Albufera on your own.
- If you don’t show the official accreditation for Erasmus student, you will have to pay the difference of Non Erasmus ticket or you will be refused to participate.
