VLE IN FALLAS

 

VLE in fallas will have 3 events.

1. 13/03/26 : Pre fallas Party – We will go to see the mascletà together and after have some drinks. Later in night we will enjoy the Fireworks and finishing in Indiana disco together.  https://valencialanguageexchange.com/tour/pre-fallas-party/

2. 14/03/26 : Visit of Ninot & Museo Fallera together. https://valencialanguageexchange.com/tour/pre-fallas-party/

3. 17/03/26 : The biggest Paella event on VLE – “PAELLA FOR FALLAS”. More than 250 people will gather to watch the cooking of a delicious paella and enjoy it together. Museo Fallero + Ninot (14/03): 10:00 Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias (In front of Mya).

FALLAS 2026 - PROGRAM

Sunday 22/02

  • 06:30 – Prayer of the Fallera Mayors of Valencia and their Courts of Honor to Santa Bárbara at the Church of San Juan del Hospital.

  • 07:00 – Children’s “Despertà” (wake-up firecrackers).

  • 07:30 – “Macrodespertà” organized by the Corona Falla. It will end at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento with a spectacular “terremoto” (firecracker burst). Afterwards, a traditional Fallas breakfast will be offered to all participants.

  • 12:00 – Entry of Music Bands.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 19:30 – “Crida” at Torres de Serranos. Afterward, a light and color show will take place.

Saturday 28/02

  • 10:30 – Visit of the Fallera Mayor Infantil of Valencia and her Court of Honor to the Fire Station on Avenida de la Plata.

  • 10:00–13:30 – Fallas Collectors’ Fair at the Jardines de Junta Central Fallera.

  • 17:30 – “Cabalgata del Ninot” (Parade of the Ninots). Route: Salida de Glorieta, Calle La Paz, San Vicente, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Marqués de Sotelo, ending at Calle Xátiva. The first pieces of the municipal falla “Hope” will close the parade.

  • 23:59 – Night fireworks show at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Sunday 01/03

  • 10:00 – 64th Cant de l’Estoreta Contest, organized by Falla Plaza del Árbol and sponsored by JCF.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 20:00 – Night fireworks show at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Monday 02/03

  • 10:30 – Visit of the Fallera Mayors of Valencia and their Courts of Honor to the Ciudad del Artista Fallero to visit the workshops.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Tuesday 03/03

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Wednesday 04/03

  • 11:00 – Visit of the Fallera Mayors of Valencia and their Courts of Honor to the Local Police Headquarters of Valencia.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 18:30 – Tribute by the Armed Forces to the Fallera Mayors and their Courts of Honor.

  • 12:00 – The FMV will inaugurate the 55th Fallas Car Parade of l’Antigor at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 23:59 – Night fireworks show at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 11:30 – Tribute to painter Segrelles organized by Falla Plaza del Pintor Segrelles.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 23:59 – Night fireworks show at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Sunday 08/03

  • 10:00 – Visit of the Fallera Mayor of Valencia and her Court of Honor to the Fire Station on Avenida de la Plata to celebrate the patron’s feast day.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 20:00 – Night fireworks show at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 20:00 – Folk dances and songs organized by the Folklore Federation of the Valencian Community at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 17:00 – Closing of the Children’s Ninot Exhibition.

  • 17:30 – Announcement of the “Indulted Ninot” for 2026.

  • 17:45 – Collection of ninots by the commissions until 20:00.

  • 23:59 – Night fireworks show at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 23:59 – L’Alba de les Falles throughout the city. Tradition revived in 2016 thanks to Falla Na Jornada and Junta Central Fallera, with fireworks at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Monday 16/03

  • 08:00 – “Plantà” of all fallas.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 16:30 – Children’s Awards Ceremony at the tribune in the Ayuntamiento for awards in children’s falla sections, Cabalgata del Ninot, and children’s falla booklets.

  • 23:59 – Fireworks display at Monteolivete Bridge.

Tuesday 17/03

  • 09:00 – Awards Ceremony at the tribune in the Ayuntamiento for all falla sections, illuminated street contests, presentations, and falla booklets.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 15:30 onwards – Floral offering to the Virgin Mary (Mare de Déu).

  • 23:59 – Fireworks display at Monteolivete Bridge.

Wednesday 18/03

  • 10:00 – Tribute to poet Maximiliano Thous at his monument at the intersection of Sagunto and Maximiliano Thous streets, with collaboration from Falla Fray Pere Vives-Bilbao – Maximiliano Thous.

  • 12:00 – Tribute to Maestro Serrano at his monument on Avenida del Reino de Valencia.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 15:30 onwards – Floral offering to Mare de Déu.

  • 23:59 – “Nit del Foc” Fireworks Display at Monteolivete Bridge.

Thursday 19/03

  • 11:00 – Floral offering by the Fallera Mayors of Valencia and their Courts of Honor at the Patriarca statue on Puente de San José, with collaboration from Falla Doctor Olóriz-Arzobispo Fabián y Fuero.

  • 12:00 – Solemn Mass in honor of San José at Valencia Cathedral, officiated by Archbishop Don Enrique Benavent, offered by Junta Central Fallera and the Carpentry Guild.

  • 14:00 – “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

  • 19:00 – Fire Parade (Cabalgata del Fuego) from Calle de la Paz to Porta de la Mar.

  • 20:00–23:00 – “Cremà” of all fallas, including special awards and main Plaza del Ayuntamiento falla.

This program must be ratified by the Assembly of Presidents.
