Valencia Language Exchange organizes this event since 2009. Every year more than 200 people attend the event and eat together. Chefs learn you how to make a real Valencian paella.

We install stoves in Plaza Honduras so everybody can enjoy paella. The chefs cook and show you the secrets of making a traditional paella.

There will be a vegetarian option, but you have to inform us in advance.

  • Programm12:00 We will start making paellas in the park of Plaza Honduras. 14:00/14:30 We will eat the paellas. 16:00 There will be a disco mobil so we will party together.
  • PricePrice: First 50 tickets: €8 Afterwards: €10, Group of 5 or more €7.50 (includes a plate of paella and a drink) The places are limited to 200! We can’t cook for more people.

What is included with the ticket

The ticket includes a generous plate of paella and a drink (Soft drink or beer)

Is there a vegetarian option?

Yes, there’s a vegetarian paella option, but you must let us know in advance when purchasing your ticket so we can prepare it.

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, and bringing a jacket in case it gets chilly. If you want to match the Fallas vibe, you can also bring a falla scarf, which you can easily find in many bazaars around Valencia.

What’s the event schedule?

  • 12:00 We start cooking paellas.
  • 14:00 – 14:30 Time to eat the paellas.
  • 16:00 The discomóvil kicks off, and after that, we’ll head out together to see the fallas.

What is a discomóvil?

It’s an outdoor party with great music and a fun atmosphere, perfect for dancing and celebrating with friends.

Will there be anything besides paella and music?

Yes, you can set off firecrackers with your friends, there will be additional drinks for sale, and a true Fallas atmosphere.

Who is organizing the event?

The event is is a collaboration between Valencia Language Exchange, Big Ben Pub & the Plaza Honduras falla.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend buying your ticket in advance as spots are limited.

How can you book the event?

You can book on the website or at our office in Plaza Honduras, 26 from 09:30 to 14:30.

Do I have to book in advance or can I pay on the day of event?

Yes, it is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on that day.

What are the cancellation policies?

In case of events 
Until Thursday (20:00) of the same week of the event 100% refund in the form of a voucher.
After Thursday, no refund. 

In case of no-show on the day of event there is no refund,
