We will be visiting a wine cellar where wine is produced and we will have the chance to taste some local wine, and then we will go to the food festival of Requena, so prepare your taste buds for this amazing experience!
The town of Requena is located in the westernmost part of the Valencian region, sitting some 692m above sea level. The town dates all the way back to the Iron Age as traces were found in the archaeological excavations conducted in Barrio de la Villa, the old town. The remains are worth to visit.
Declared an historic and artistic conservation area in 1966, the historic centre of Requena is populated with treasures that tell the story of the town. You will discover traces of the past in this charming town, testimonies of ancient civilizations that have left fragments of their legacies for us to see.
We will have the chance to visit the food festival of Requena where we will have the chance to taste a variety of food alongside the best wine and cave cellars!
