Come celebrate Friendsgiving with Valencia Language Exchange!
Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with homemade international food, great global vibes, and wonderful people from all over the world. It’s a community potluck where everyone brings a traditional dish to share and enjoy together. Afterward, we will keep the energy going by practicing languages, mingling, and teaming up for our fun post-dinner quiz!
What to Bring:
A dish (for about 4 people): Bring a traditional recipe typical of your home country to share
A small dish card: Write down the name of your dish along with a complete list of all ingredients used, so attendees with allergies or dietary restrictions can enjoy safely.
Let’s fill the room with the aromas, flavors, and warmth from every corner of the globe. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just picking up something special from your local bakery, your contribution will make the celebration complete!

Yes, absolutely. Bringing a dish or dessert to share (minimum 4 portions) along with its ingredients card is a mandatory requirement for admission. Friendsgiving is built on everyone contributing to the shared table, so guests who arrive without a dish will not be able to enter the event, even if they have purchased a ticket.
No problem at all! You don’t need to be a master chef to join. You can bring a special traditional item from a bakery, deli, or local specialty shop from your home country (savory dish, snacks, or dessert for at least 4 people). Just make sure to include the card with the dish’s name and full ingredients list for dietary safety.
Most people come by themselves, so you will fit right in! The atmosphere is warm, social, and welcoming. People speak a wide variety of languages and practice together at all levels, so everyone can participate comfortably, mingle, and join a team for the quiz.
