Hiking in the snow

Like every year this time of the year is This time we will hike in the snow, and spend a beautiful white day.
It is fun to walk on the whitesnow, play in the SNOW, make snowmen, snow war, lying under snow.
Where we will go: It depends where is snowing. But by the experience: We Will go to Ademus or Aras de olmo (depending on the snow) and enjoy a beautiful day.

8:45 Meeting in Valencia
Meeting point Blasco Ibanez 111. at 9:00 puntual we leave.
11:00 Arrival
Arriving to the destination and a hot chocolate/coffee.
12:00 Snow time
After enjoying a chocolate caliente we will enjoy the snow in these villages. We will also go to walk on an easy trek.
17:00 Time for drinks
We will have some drinks before getting back to valencia.

Bring warm clothes (if that wasn’t obvious 🙂 by now), wearing several layers
Suitable and warm shoes,The ground shall be frozen, so some parts can be tricky, as in walking on ice
2 changes of socks in case of snow for wet feet as well as 2 pairs of shoes, One for walking another one to change when we are back.
Warm undershirt & under pants
A extra pair of clothes, we will keep in the bus, In case of heavy snow to change.
Gloves,
Food & Water
Sunscreen if you are sensible to sun.
warm clothes, if they are impermeable better.
Price: 20€ (transportation + Professional mountain guides + adventures sports insurance included)
In case of heavy snow we will have to use Snowshoes (raquetas): We will rent it for you and it will have extra cost of 8 euros.

The situation we are now, we prefer if you book it online.
But if you can’t, go to the office from 9:00 to 14:00 (only with the pre-reserved appointment (send us an email) or at a language exchange meeting on Monday/Thursday in “Bigben”, Plaza Honduras 36 (19:30-23:00) and Wednesday in “Mercado San Valero”, Gran Via de les Germanies, 21 (19:30-23:00)

Protocolo Coronavirus VLE
In order to travel and enjoy safely we will have to follow these protocols to travel with VLE / CoAcad. First of all, if you feel some symptoms like fever / cough / respiratory problem you should not participate to the trip. Use of a mask will be mandatory at all times on the bus. The bus will be sanitized before and after each service. Before boarding the bus, temperature control will be done. We will give you a disinfecting wipe so you can safely clean your seat. Do not print a ticket to avoid handling paper, show us the QR code on your mobile or just tell us your name and surname. During the guided tour everybody will wear the mask.
Important & Cancellation policy
The trip will be in the autobus, all Security & healt measure will be taken (all the protocol can be seen in the above section on the page)
Cancellation policy:
If you cannot join the trip, the following conditions apply:
Until Monday (20:00): 100% devolución. (5 days before)
Until Tuesday (20:00): 80% devolución. (4 days before)
Until Wednesday (20:00): 70% Devolución (3 days before)
Until Thursday (20:00): 50% Devolución. (2 days before)
After Thursday, No devolución (1 day before)
These devolution doesn’t include the service fee.
Important info: We will always stay as a group, but if you want to explore on your own, it is possible. You will need to inform one of the organisers and be on time at the meeting places on the time of departures.
The weather is going to be good on the day of the trip. In case of bad weather, the Trip will be postponed/ cancelled or extra precautions will be taken. (In case you cannot join due to cancelation or postponement of the date, your money will be returned to you).
For every trip, there is always a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
