What type of indian food

Indian Food is normally spicy, But already the food in Europe is less spicy but you can always ask the spicy level.

What is the cost of the event?

The menu is either 22,95 (Non Veg) or 20€ Veg, You can check down on the page. And choose which one you prefer. 

Is there a Vegan / Vegtarian option?

Yes, Indian dishes are normally Vegan (Some have milk so they are not vegan but Yes vegterian) so you can check the menu and decide. 

Can i ask something outside menu or Not ask someting from Menu

Yes and no 🙂 
Yes you can ask something out of menu (You will have to pay extra),
But you can not change a dish from Menu, You will pay the menu anyway. 

Are the drinks that are not included expensive?

They are at normal price: Beer is from 2,25, Soft drink are 2,5, Wine from 2,95 and water is 1,95.

Which events do we organise on Friday?

On Fridays we organise different creative workshops, such as paint and wine, neon painting and a ceramic workshop. We alternate the workshops every week so that we organise each workshop at least once a month.

What is the cost of the events?

Most of the events are free of cost except from our events on Fridays because we organise specials events, such as painting and ceramic classes. Those events requiere some costs for the materials provided by VLE.

How do I register for the events?

You go to our site valencialanguageexchange.com and chose a date that suits you in the calender. You fill in the form of the event and you are ready to participate. You will receive a QR code that our coordinators will check at the beginning of the event.

Is Valencia Language Exchange collaborating with the State Ministry of Education (Conselleria de Educación)?

Yes, Valencia Language Exchange organises events in the collaboration with the State Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. (conselleria d’educació cultura i esport)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up to one week before the event: 100% refund, either in cash or as a credit voucher, based on your preference.
From one week to 72 hours before: 100% refund only as a credit voucher.
Less than 72 hours before: No refunds.

In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or  due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year.

Proof of emergency must be submitted before the event. No refunds after the event.
