Let’s visit two capitals and the most beautiful cities of Spain- MADRID & TOLEDO.

Madrid the actual capital & Toledo Capital of Spain /1519-1561). 

Madrid is the capital of Spain and one of the most popular cities in Europe. It is not just because of The Football team “REAL MADRID” but also due to its History, architecture, and nightlife.

The Ancient capital of Spain, Maybe the most beautiful city in Spain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site from 1986, Only 74 km south of Madrid. Yes, we are talking Toledo was the city of three cultures because Christians, Muslims, and Jews.

Optional Activities

    Itinerary

    Day 1Valencia-Madrid

    We will leave very early (6:00 am from Valencia). We will arrive in Madrid at 11:00, then we will start with a guided tour of the city, check in the hotel, fresh up and visit the rest of the city: la Gran Vía, la Plaza Mayor, la Puerta del Sol, el Palacio Real, and also the ​Retiro Park ​and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Chamartín. In the evening we will go for some tapas, some beers, and we will have fiesta in Madrid.
     

    Day 2Madrid-Toledo-Valencia

    We will have breakfast and leave for Toledo. It is maybe the most beautiful city of Spain, which was the capital until 1560. Every corner of this city seems like a museum and extremely beautiful. We will visit the city and have lunch. In the evening we will have again a panoramic visit by bus and around 18:00, we will start coming back to Valencia.
     
     

    Our hotels

    The hotel is IBIS Hotel situated  next to Mendez Alvaro Bus Station of Madrid and 2 km from MUSEO REINA SOFIA.

    Rooms are DOUBLE but with an extra fee of 25€ for those who wants a SINGLE ROOM.

    MADRID (Day 1)

    The best time to visit Madrid is Autumn, Because Madrid is very hot during summer and very cold during winter.
    We will visit one whole day in Madrid and enjoy: the historical centre of Madrid and the other symbolic places: la Gran Vía, la Plaza Mayor, la Puerta de Sol, el Palacio Real of course we will visit the Retiro Park. 

    • La Gran Vía: A bustling street known as the heart of Madrid’s shopping and entertainment district, perfect for exploring theaters, restaurants, and vibrant city life.
    • La Plaza Mayor: A grand square steeped in history, surrounded by charming buildings and lively cafés, often hosting markets and events.
    • La Puerta del Sol: A central square marking Kilometer Zero, where locals and tourists gather to experience the vibrancy of Madrid and its famous clock tower.
    • El Palacio Real: The Royal Palace, an architectural masterpiece showcasing the grandeur of Spanish royalty, with stunning rooms and sprawling gardens.

    And of course, we’ll visit El Retiro Park, an expansive green oasis ideal for relaxing, boating, and enjoying Madrid’s outdoors.

    We can also visit the famous museums in the centre of Madrid: Museo Thyssen, Museo de Prado y Museo Reina Sofía, three the most famous museum in the world.

    TOLEDO (Day 2)

    The Ancient capital of Spain, Maybe the most beautiful city in Spain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site from 1986, only 74 km south of Madrid. When you are visiting the center, you will feel like being into medieval times, and will remind you of an era when the Muslims, Christians, and the Jews lived together there for centuries.
