Portrait Photography Workshop

Join us for a hands-on portrait photography workshop designed to help you learn through practice, experimentation, and real-world experience.

Through guided portrait photography practice, participants will learn how to observe and work with light to create emotion, atmosphere, and storytelling in their images. The focus is on learning by doing through real practice, experimentation, and guidance. This is not a theory-heavy photography class. It is a structured, practical workshop designed to help people improve through experience. 

Whether you’re new to portrait photography or looking to refine your skills, this is a supportive and creative environment where you can learn, connect with others, and develop your photographic eye.

Spots are limited – Maximum 12 participants to ensure personal guidance and enough shooting time.

• Short welcome and introduction
• Guided portrait photography practice in natural light
• Learn how to observe light and use it to your advantage
• Practice how to shape and manipulate light using reflectors (provided during the workshop)
• Learn how to shoot in Manual Mode with practical support and guidance
• Work with portrait models in small groups (1 model for every 2–4 photographers)
• Time to experiment, ask questions, and practice throughout the session

• How to understand and observe light
• How to use light to create mood and storytelling
• How to shoot with more confidence in Manual Mode
• How to work with reflectors for better portraits
• How to improve portrait composition and direction through practice
